Here is a general ‘sliding scale’ key based on income:

Medicaid Clients → $20

Less than $30k → $40–$60

$30k–$50k → $60–$90

$50k–$75k → $90–$120

$75k–$100k → $120–$150

$100k+ → $150–$175
